Static Jacket

Static Jacket is an indie rock band from Virginia Beach, Virginia. Formed in 2024 by Colen LoCoco and Jason Goldberg after a year of trading demos, the duo quickly cultivated a sound that’s rough-edged, melodic, and hard to pin down.Their music draws from a wide emotional and sonic palette, adroitly shifting from quiet pop-strewn corners to loud, dissonant bursts. With a DIY ethic and self produced recordings, Static Jacket’s music leans into the moment — lovingly homegrown and comfortably itself.Their debut single, “Second Choices,” became available on all major streaming platforms in June 2025, setting the stage for their first full-length album, The Grape Lady Falls, releasing August 5, 2025.
